Kids Bootcamp
Our Kids Bootcamp Sessions run during each school holiday break and are the perfect way to keep children active, social, and smiling. Each session focuses on: Team-based activities, Balance and coordination, Mobility and agility skills, Core strength and body control. Kids also learn that fitness is fun, positive, and empowering.
📅Next Session: Summer School Holidays – Thursday 8 January 9:00am-10:30am. Ages 5 - 12years. $20 per child.

After Dark Teens Bootcamp
Our After Dark Teens Bootcamp is designed to challenge teens both physically and mentally in a safe, supportive, and motivating environment. Using farm-style challenges and functional training, participants will test their strength, power, endurance, and teamwork skills. This isn’t just another workout, it’s an experience. From lifting and carrying to problem-solving and group challenges, this session builds more than fitness, it builds confidence, resilience, and self-belief. Teens are encouraged to step outside their comfort zone, back themselves, and discover what they’re truly capable of. Perfect for teens of all fitness levels, whether they’re new to training or already active. Challenge yourself. Train with purpose. Leave feeling unstoppable.

Ages 12 - 17years. $30 per teen.

We also offer Teens Strength Sessions during school terms, designed for young people aged 12–15 years. These sessions focus on: Learning correct technique and movement patterns. Progressing from bodyweight exercises to traditional weightlifting. Improving agility, speed, balance, and functional strength. Sessions are run on Tuesday afternoons 3:30pm - 4:15pm and our next block will begin in 2026.
Through expert coaching and interactive activities, we help young people build coordination, confidence, and a lifelong love for movement, all while promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.
