6 Week Pull Up Progression

Kahlia and Amie are very excited to have you join this 6-week pull-up progression, where you will learn various tools and skills - including improved mobility, performing strict pull ups and kipping on the bar.

This 6-week program will have you gain more knowledge about how to engage the correct muscles to improve your pullup form and shoulder strength, you will also have 45 mins every week to work with the trainers on a specific skill. This amazing program is Free for current Be Farm Fit Members, non-members can sign up and pay $120.00 for the full 6-week progression.
